Each of these productions is grade level specific and designed with a particular grade's curriculum in mind. The production experience consists of a preparatory classroom workshop, a live performance and a production guide.

The preparatory classroom workshop, or "prep", is a unique opportunity for students to gain additional value from the experience. During the "prep", students are given the chance to explore the content and themes of the performance as well as relevant academic material with one of the actors in the production.

Our performances are designed as non-traditional, intimate productions which feature a variety of stories from famous fairy tales to original works and often involve elements of different theatrical styles. Performances are followed by a short Q&A session.

The Production Guide is a resource for teachers which includes a summary of the production, an outline of the preparatory workshop, vocabulary, suggested activities and other relevant information. At the rear of each guide, a listing of targeted NYS learning standards is available.
